The card lists representative years twelve years apart, not a birthday-boundary calculation. Early-year births should not treat that list as a definitive result.

An animal sign is not a main star
Animal signs use a cycle of twelve; Nine Star Ki uses nine. A Start-of-Spring boundary in main-star calculation does not mean every animal-sign tradition uses it.

The dates used by the period readings
These readings use UTC+9, Monday-start weeks, and calendar months. The same sign and period keep the same text rather than changing on refresh.
